SpeedFactory Ramhorn Turbo Manifolds
The SpeedFactory Racing Ram Horn Turbo Manifold has an equal length design and spools larger turbos very quickly, producing broad powerbands that carry to the top of the RPM range. This manifold is for high power applications where large torque and great spool are necessary alongside big top-end horsepower, making it suitable for drag race vehicles.
The Ram Horn is constructed from high quality stainless steel, and is TIG-Welded and back purged to ensure that you are receiving the highest quality product possible. The cylinder head, wastegate and turbine inlet flanges are CNC machined from ½” plate 1018 Steel and all mating surfaces are machined flat ensuring a perfect seal.
SpeedFactory 4 Bar MAP Sensors
SpeedFactory 4 Bar MAP sensors use state of the art bipolar op amp circuitry with thin film resistor networks built into each microchip. Pressure changes are calculated on a true linear 0–5-volt scale via a specially designed silicon pressure sensor that also compensates for temperature changes.
The unique ability to compensate for temperature changes allows the MAP sensor to remain a minimum of 99% accurate from 32 degrees F to 180 degrees F throughout its range of scale. With the true linear pressure vs. voltage scale there is never a need to re-tune at different altitudes as with other sensors.
SpeedFactory 4 bar MAP sensors can precisely calculate boost pressure from 1-43+ psi while still allowing smooth stock OEM drivability at any boost level. Conveniently packaged in an OEM dimensional housing for easy install and an OEM look.
SpeedFactory Oil Catch Cans are designed for forced induction and heavily modified naturally aspirated engines. This large-capacity breather setup is engineered to provide the sufficient crankcase ventilation your high performance engine needs, and also condenses crankcase blow-by oil and moisture correctly. The factory PCV system is replaced and all oil vapors are vented to the atmosphere.
CAD designed and CNC press punched using state of the art technology. The catch can and all billet fittings are professionally TIG welded to top off that ultra clean look and each unit ships with an aluminium mounting bracket attached for ease of installation.
