Shipping policy
Shipping in the UK
We ship orders with a variety of couriers including Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail, dependant on the size, weight and value of the order. This diversity ensures you get the best possible service at the fairest price.
Any order placed for items which are 'In Stock' are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm are NOT guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
In our experience, orders shipped with couriers usually arrive within 1-2 working days, and orders shipped with Royal Mail tend to arrive within 3-4 working days.
During busy shopping periods such as Christmas, it is possible these delivery estimations may increase by 1 working day due to the greater volume of parcels within shipping networks.
Certain shipping services allow us to send you tracking updates via email and text, so please ensure you give us as much contact information as possible to ensure you get these. You can also find tracking details for your orders within your Order History. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Whilst we do carry our own stock, some items are shipped directly to you from a supplier or manufacturer. In some instances, it's possible there may be additional delays outside of our control. We will do everything we can to keep you informed about the progress of your order and ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.
We must be notified within 48 hours of any damages, missing items or discrepancies with your order. Please use the Contact Us page to submit an order related queries and one of our customer service advisors will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping outside of the UK
International orders ship via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Parcelforce depending on the destination country, parcel size and weight. In some cases we may also ship your goods directly from a supplier to ensure the best service and price, meaning other couriers might be used.
Goods shipped to the EU include taxes and duties. These are charged and included in the price you pay at checkout.
Goods shipped outside of the UK and EU may incur taxes and duties charges upon arrival in your destination country. As with any shipment from outside of your economic region, it is your responsibility to pay these charges on arrival.
