Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@torque-gt.co.uk.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To ensure items damaged in transit are dealt with as quickly as possible, we must be notified within 72 hours of a damaged item being delivered. Please take pictures of the item, packaging and shipping label and have these ready before contacting us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns



We offer a 14 day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item from the Torque GT online shop, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible!

  • You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
  • You can also exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered.
  • We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
  • If the item is out of stock, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • We may offer a refund on items returned to us outside of the initial 14 day period, however these are taken on a case by case basis and will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from any refund given.
  • All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate the items and you'd like these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.  
  • All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Our returns address is: Torque GT, The Drum Business Park, Heathfield, TQ12 6RY.
  • It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
  • We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
  • Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
  • If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow 24 hours for all your returns to be completed.
