TTS Performance are specialists in Rotrex supercharger conversions. They have succesfully completed over 65 unique conversions and sold thousands of individual conversion kits. Unlike other superchargers, Rotrex units are virtually silent in operation and operate at much higher speeds than other superchargers kits. This incredibly high speed (up to 250,000 rpm in the smallest unit) in turn allows increased boost levels and superior overall performance than other offerings on the market. Rotrex superchargers give a totally linear power delivery and instantaneous throttle response.
The Full Race conversion requires very little maintenance. The front mounted intercooler optimises the performance by keeping the intake charge temperature down. This conversion out performs all other commercially available supercharger conversions on the market.
The conversion is available for air conditioned and none air conditioned cars. Left or right hand drive. Although the F20/22 engine and transmission is extremely durable, it is recommended that you upgrade the clutch. Aftermarket engine management is also required to map the car once the conversion has been completed.
Running a full 18psi (1.2bar), it is highly recommended that water/methanol injection is used to maximise performance gains. 3 OCTANE (MON X RON/2 METHOD) OR 97 OCT RON. Minimum. 'Power Pour' or similar octane boosters will enhance the performance still further. When ordering a Full Race conversion the C38-91 charger is an option at an extra £180, this giving up to 20psi.
The Full Race kit includes a larger Intercooler, aeromotive fuel pump and 4bar MAP sensor.
