Genuine Subaru cambelt kits are prohibitively expensive, so the vast majority of owners use an aftermarket kit when the time comes to replace the timing belt. These kits consist of a quality Mitsuboshi belt and Japanese bearings and tensioners from Koyo, NSK and NTN including genuine Subaru bolts.
