In pursuit of this shifting perfection, Hybrid Racing have left no stone unturned in looking for ways to craft the best shifter for all manner of performance Honda, and now - finally, they present their shifting nirvana for the 91-01 Prelude and CL1 Accord Euro R.
Mounted on the strongest and most lightweight base they've ever produced, this shifter featues the same internal spring design as the rest of their current generation shifters, meaning you can swap out the firm spring for a softer version should you want to tweak the resistance. The four-link layout delivers a crisp, precise shift whilst keeping actual moving parts to a minimum.
As with all of their shifters, adjustability is the name of the game. With a simple 5mm allen key, you can position the shift knob 10mm to 30mm taller than stock, or adjust the knobs position to bring it closer or further away from you. If you feel the shift needs to be shorter, you can adjust anywhere from 20% to 40% shorter than stock throw. Gate spacing (left or right movement) can also be adjusted up to 5% shorter than standard.
Manufactured from full 6061-T6 aluminium and featuring stainless steel ball bearings to provide super quiet operation with no need for lubrication.
