These gaskets are made to OEM specifications and boast a high temp/pressure carbon layer sandwiched between two perforated metal sheets. This construction ensures a solid and reliable seal that will withstand the rigours of automotive use.
It's also important to note that more than simply replacing the gaskets is needed. In many cases, the flanges may be damaged or distorted, compromising the seal even with a new gasket in place. We recommend resurfacing the flanges when replacing blown or distorted gaskets. By doing so, you can ensure that the new gasket can form a proper seal and provide optimal results.
