Spotted in Japan at a highly regarded GT-R specialty store known as 'Best R', this 2002 R34 GT-R V Spec II Nür has had some serious changes internally. You might think altering one of these appreciating JDM Heroes in any way, shape or form is wrong and that it should be preserved exactly how it came out of the factory... However the modifications made to this example cannot be ignored!
The biggest change is under the bonnet, where a NISMO R2 Engine sits. This power-unit is Nismo's response to owners who do trackdays on a regular basis. Nismo's philosophy is based on a fine tuned balance between power, responsiveness and durability/reliability; the engineers created an engine that would allow the driver to push their GT-R on the track and then drive home with peace of mind...
As well as the race spec engine theres all sorts of other NISMO parts fitted, plus modernised elements such as R35 GT-R brakes for stopping power!
